Our absolute favorite organic cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. 750ml bottles and 3L tins. From the foothills of the Atlas mountains in Morocco and imported by the farms' Seattle family, Atlas Farms' optimal soil conditions and a high density of trees yields an incredibly buttery and mellow cooking and finishing oil. We use it liberally to bake Sourdough Focaccia, Wildflower Honey Granola, and in almost every family meal.
