Seasonal Greens

Available from Salmonberry Goods when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

3-4 heads or bunches of family farm greens. We favor hearty braising greens like kale, chard and collards, and cycle seasonal greens and herbs whenever possible including heads of cabbage, leaf and butter lettuces, radicchio, and Salmonberry Herbs P-Patch or Herb Salad microgreens. Typically always harvested just one day before delivery from family farms of the Puget Sound.
