Introducing Muña, an ancient mint native to the Andean mountains of Peru. Though still relatively unknown in North America, this aromatic herb has been treasured throughout South America for centuries and traditionally used to support digestion, respiratory health, and relief from altitude sickness. Our organic Muña is grown at high elevation, where the cool mountain climate encourages slow, healthy growth. The leaves are carefully hand harvested and processed to preserve their natural structure
