A true Bavarian classic, Weisswurst or “white sausage” is a delicious super-finely ground fully-cooked delicacy. Traditionally served in a bowl of hot water and then split lengthwise before eating, it makes a perfect addition to a soft pretzel and some stone-ground mustard!
