ABV 2.8% This version of Zip Zinger is our extra fresh hoppy table beer brewed with a blend of pilsner malts as well as Washington spelt and unmalted wheat. This version of Zip Zinger was hopped with Chinook CGX NUVO and Wai-iti in the kettle then fermented cool with our house Belgian ale strain. This zippy little beer was then dry hopped with more Wai-iti and cold infused with fresh Thora hops from CLS Farms.
