White grapes and white wine vinegar aged in ash barrels, create this light-bodied condiment, with rich notes of ripe, yellow fruits and dried citrus. Fresh and balanced, it complements seafood and vegetarian dishes, and is AMAZING with fruit salads (try watermelon salad or tropical fruit), and in slaws to serve with BBQ or pulled pork...or on top of crab cakes! Mix with our Ligurian Lemon Oil for a great vinaigrette to brush over grilled chicken, prawns or seafood!
