Black Truffle Honey

Available from Seattle Caviar when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Truffle Honey is a well-balanced version of the classic condiment. This black truffle-infused honey has an Acacia honey base with a richness to match the subtle infusion of real French black truffle. tip: Try it drizzled over roasted meats, cheeses or incorporated into sauces. Perhaps over ice cream for a decadent dessert.
