Fresh Petrale Fillet

Available from Seattle Fish Company when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Petrale sole is a delicate premium flatfish native to the Pacific Ocean. It’s known for its mild, sweet and slightly nutty flavor and flaky white flesh.
