Japanese certified agrochemical free* Gyokuro from Hioki, Kagoshima Prefecture Japan. Fantastic rich umami with the luxurious verdant fragrance that makes Japanese tea so special. Thick velvety broth. Please brew with cooler water and higher leaf to water ratio, which will help to emphasize the rich umami sweetness. Temps as low as 140 F are recommended.
