9pm is a Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout finished on Portuguese Tawny Port casks. This double barrel aged beer was first aged for 26+ months on a blend of Heaven Hill and Elijah Craig Bourbon barrels. After blending, the beer was racked into Tawny Port barrels to condition for an additional 5 months before bottling. With each sip, this rich imperial stout reveals its extraordinary complexly with bright notes of pomme, burnt orange peel, and caramel.
